Requirements
Strategic/Operational Responsibilities
Dive deep into the client universe to truly understand business needs, identify pain points and map a fitting way of working
Define production strategies, write up workflows and dig deep into tooling and system solutions
Support the creation of documentation and training materials
Identify and protect measures of success
Plan calibration meetings and build great relationships
Talent Selection and Management
People are at the heart of our organization. As Operations Director, you will:
Work with the producers to recruit the right talent for our teams
Facilitate the progress by selecting, planning, and interviewing, as well as tracking progress globally
Handle the onboarding of new employees by partnering with HR, facility managers and office assistants
Help nurture a positive learning environment
Think in infinite scalability by making sure training documentation is being created, tools are used, training sessions are held, etc.
Monitor culture and employee happiness by:
Helping lead producers or program managers tackle issues or spot opportunities
Nurturing the MediaMonks culture
Production Support
Whilst the production team focuses on the day-to-day, you look ahead and prepare the operation for growth
Help solve problems and enable great communication between teams
Liaise with the operational leads around the world
You are an escalation level for clients and internal project leads
Inner workings: workflows, tooling, logistics
Utilize your breadth of professional experience to help define an efficient and effective ‘way of working’
Audit and streamline processes and help to introduce new software if needed
Investigate automation where possible
Gather and analyze performance data to proactively improve the team and pivot the projected outcome
Strategy Support and Operations
Closely collaborate with leadership and peers to balance existing resources and identify areas where new resources are needed
Responsibility for the financial heath and delivery of all projects
When a new operation has reached a stable stage, you’ll become more client agnostic.
