Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, proudly headquartered in Singapore with country offices in Indonesia and Malaysia and an omni-channel presence across these 3 markets. In addition to our retail franchise in Cambodia, we ship internationally to 15 markets (Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Macau, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia amp; Brunei).

Marketing Internship
Main responsibilities
1. Brand Communications
Online
- Assist in executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns across eDM, Onsite, Social Media accounts, store, media/influencers and events.
- eDM: Conceptualise new content ideas or formats
- Social Media: Support the execution of the content by: contribute and conceptualise new content/ thematic ideas and formats; review on campaigns and suggest new ways to improve on audience engagement and impressions.
- TikTok: Propose, create and edit content following to the current trend.
PR / Media / Influencer
- Assist in sending out marketing campaign / new arrival's press kits, gifts or release.
- Follow-up with a report once it is published or shared.
Retail Stores
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets across in-store touchpoints.
- Liaise with Retail stores to ensure they have executed based on guideline given.
- Follow up on marketing collateral or assets performance and report to designated marketing team in charged.
- Liaise with mall's communication team in weekly brand campaigns or new arrival updates.
- Ensure it is posted in accordance to campaign / new arrival period through a report.
2. Collaboration / Partner outreach- Based on marketing campaigns, to propose strategic partnerships/ collaboration that are in line with brand image and relatable to our target audience.
- Liaise, coordinate and execute plans with Partners.
- Follow-up on partnership performance and update in marketing campaign report.
3. Events (if any)- Coordinate with event vendors or partners and execute programmes and operations plan during event days.
4. Others- Participate in marketing team brainstorming session
- Assist to update marketing calendar (when necessary)
Requirements
Marketing Internship
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic photography, image and video editing skills
- Commencement period: Starting from February 2021 (6 months commitment)
