Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, proudly headquartered in Singapore with country offices in Indonesia and Malaysia and an omni-channel presence across these 3 markets. The role
You'll have a front row experience in impacting women across the globe through fashion and technology. As our trusty Senior IT Executive, you will be the enabler for all teams in Love, Bonito by providing them with a top-notch and seamless working environment. Most importantly, you'll be part of an amazing journey of building the best Technology team in the region. From there, you’ll also be working alongside LBMY team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Set up accounts and devices for new users
Prepare and provide technical L1 support across end-user computers, user access and applications
Monitoring and maintain computer systems and networks
Investigate, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
Support and maintain physical security systems such as CCTV and Door Access
Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements
Manage external vendors' relationships and services
Ensure adherence to operating budgets of Internal operations function
Liaising with internal teams for problem resolution and to uncover knowledge gaps
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Maintain adequate IT documentations, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts across LBMY’s stores and offices
Requirements
Qualifications amp; Experience
Minimum of 3-4 year’s experience in IT Technical Support role,preferably within the end user environment of at least 50
Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Advanced hands on knowledge in Firewall, Router, VLANs and routing protocols
Experienced in UniFi technologies
General understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies, including networks, databases, business applications, and development methodology
Working experience with SAP B1 with basic understanding of SAP B1 queries, workflow and security
Working experience with CCTV systems and door access(e.g.Hikvision)
Knowledge in technical IT support, covering PC Hardware (Mac and Windows)
Some experience in hybrid-cloud environments and AWS is advantageous.
Enthusiasm for problem-solving and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
