MediaMonks is looking for a Creative Effectiveness Analyst to partner with a top client to analyze creative performance and effectiveness, provide insights to creative production teams, and support creative variant testing and activation. This role will sit within a fully dedicated Creative Effectiveness Team composed of a Team lead, Reporting lead, and additional analysts that support content production teams globally. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands of a global client, ensuring there is always something new to learn.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring campaign performance for multiple paid media channels (ex. Display, Video, Social) through review of reporting dashboards and further analysis in excel.
- Analyzing data from historical campaigns amp; measuring the relative effectiveness of new creative strategies and activations.
- Working with the Creative Effectiveness Lead to develop creative testing strategies.
- Identifying creative performance insights from reporting in order to re-brief creative production teams on an on-going basis.
- Supporting development of data-driven creative production briefs by defining learning agendas based on identified testing opportunities.
- Discussing creative performance data with creative directors, designers, copywriters, animators and many others!
- Analyzing the results of creative tests and summarizing learnings and insights.
- Interpreting, analyzing and making recommendations against campaign and database metrics.
- Report learnings and recommendations for evolving a brand’s strategy on a quarterly basis.
- Support media partners working to activate your recommendations across platforms.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of online advertising experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other
- 1+ years of experience providing campaign reporting and analysis.
- 1+ years of experience working with creative production teams
- Experience in a client facing role across a range of industry verticals
- Ability to work as a self-starter and within cross-functional roles
- Ability to balance competing priorities and comfort with shifting course as needed
- Drive to discover, learn, adapt, and test new ideas and build an offering from an early stage
- Exceptional communication skills, especially when discussing technical topics
- Comfort presenting and leading internal discussions
