Requirements

Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the implementation team and the customer with the design and deployment of the product



As functional experts, they need to have the ability to understand customer needs from the solution and accurately document these for coordinating the build, testing and deployment of product and associated business processes.



New Implementation Projects:



• Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of
implementation process.

• Will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): process configuration, feature/functionality demos, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up
• To act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within client such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management





Teamwork:



• Executes with minimal guidance and shows strong initiative
• Maintains regular communication with team members (e.g., face-to-face, via voicemails, emails) especially across multiple solution deployments so everyone understands status of project
• Proactively collaborates with manager and teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment (e.g., change in scope)
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the times outside work location as part of customer engagement
