Hiring CSE/SR CSE/Team Lead for a Client
Location: KL Sentral- Permanent Position- Only Malaysians with Mandarin and English Skills
Working Structure
Working Hours (2 shifts): 7.30 am 8.30 pm Morning shift amp; 7.30 pm - 8.30 am Night shift
Rotation pattern: Work for 3 days, and rest for 3 days.
Day shift for first 2 weeks
Night shift for next 2 weeks
Normal shift for first 2 months (training period)
Shift rotation happens every 2 weeks in accordance to duty roster, average 16 shifts in a month
No of calls
Roughly 90 120 calls per shift, Outbound Calls Existing Cases, Inbound Calls New Cases.
Must-have Criteria
1. Possess customer service experience and skill to manage critical and end-to-end customer service management in a timely and professional manner
2. Able to work on 24/7 shift pattern (12 hours per shift) and support any shift when required
Age: 22 - 38
Education: Minimum Diploma and above
Industry: Certain preferred industries such as Hotel, Airline, Insurance, Concierge Services, and Healthcare or Medical
Gender: Preferably male
Language: Proficient in English, Mandarin is good-to-have as there will be a need to support China market or support calls that will be channeled to Chinese-native speakers
Salary Range
From RM4000 to RM5000 (Those who have higher expected salary can be considered if well justified with experience, skills and potential)
Face to face interview by Operation Manager, Sr Operation Manager and Regional Director (for candidates with leadership potential)
