As Product Manager you take end-to-end ownership of exciting topics such as monetization, user engagement, superapp integrations or the iPrice app. Use the collective genius of other Product Managers, Business Intelligence experts, SEO gurus, UX experts and operations teams to create and assess new feature ideas. Work with your cross-functional Scrum team to deliver exciting new features, measure their impact and continuously create new validated learnings.

Responsibilities

  • Take extreme ownership of the vision and the roadmap of your team.
  • Understand in depth your topic and how our analytics, operations and tech teams deliver value.
  • Bring deep product thinking into your cross-functional Scrum team and help them with story writing, story splitting, MVPs and impact analysis.
  • Continuously optimize for short iterations (build-measure-learn) to make validated learnings as quick as possible.
  • Work out new hypothesis (aka product backlog items) that improve traffic, monetization or user engagement and prioritize them based on a value vs cost analysis.
  • Be the sparring partner for the Product Owner and provide candid direct feedback on the product backlog.
  • Collaborate on evolving the product strategy together with the senior management, the other Product Owners, Product Managers and the Technology group.
  • Help the Scrum team identify and reduce process waste so that more value can be delivered.
  • Contribute to the product OKRs that form our roadmap, own key results and deliver on them throughout the term.
  • Use data (we have a lot!) to create new insights on user behaviour and value generation; use these insights to support your decisions.
  • Actively contribute to collective creativity so that product ideas are discussed and debated and the best ideas win.
  • Track key product metrices for your topic and use the data in retrospective meetings with the development team to surface problems.
  • Continuously challenge the current status quo and help discover better ways to deliver more value at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for everyone involved.
  • Continuously contribute to a transparent, trusting and psychologically-safe environment where people can be genuine and problems can be raised without any fear of blame or judgment, with an emphasis on learning, collaboration and problem solving.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of Product Manager experience in a company known for its best-in-class products.
  • Value driven mindset over project mindset.

  • Curious and data-informed with a relentless attention to details.
  • Ruthless prioritizer and strong executer.

  • Solid practical experience in use case studies and impact assessment.
  • Knowledge in SEO or ecommerce is a plus.
