We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive customer success in the Philippines. Our ideal candidate should have experience and understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the Philippines with high interest in building strategic partnerships and is driven by account performance numbers. Candidates from sales amp; marketing, digital amp; media agencies or tech companies who have worked on e-commerce portfolios are encouraged to apply.

The Account Manager will play an integral role in strategically building and developing an effective communication base with partners with a prime focus on revenues through active ideation of next generation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership and Account Management team to develop annual and Termly (4 Month) Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver on strategy. Including the development of partnership strategies and products with eCommerce companies, and other digital companies and/or other technology partners across South East Asia and global partners operating in this region.
  • Work with cross functional team (including other Account Managers, Integration and Analysts) to ensure execution of backlog including:
    • Act as a main point of contact for merchants with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, resolve any conflicts, and grow revenue over time.
    • Resolve client problems in a timely manner with customer success as the end result
    • Analyze key performance metrics of both our partners and iPrice, identify areas of improvement, strategy for growth, and long-term retention initiatives.
    • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data from analytics amp; revenues
    • Effectively utilize internal tools and resources to reduce friction and complexity for customers. Deliver operational excellence for all merchant customers.
    • Manage numerous accounts concurrently amp; strategically.
  • This role will be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or relevant fields
  • Filipino nationality preferred, but we would consider if you have worked in the Philippines for gt;5 years in the past
  • 4-6 years working experience in a client-facing B2B Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, Affiliate Marketing in the e-commerce or other similar industries.
  • Fluency in English. Ability to speak Tagalog is a definite plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with impeccable negotiation skills
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising , sales, medi
