Responsibilities:

  • Building?and maintaining strong, long-lasting?relationships?with merchants and our partners across SEA.
  • Acquiring new merchants to feature their products and promotions on the iPrice platform.
  • Increasing sales through commercial negotiations and supporting the sales of other business solutions and partnerships.
  • Drive and monitor business targets by identifying monetization opportunities and tracking the performance through consistent reporting for your designated markets and accounts.
  • Merchant management by guiding them through the onboarding process, understanding their business needs and working with the different teams across the business to ensure delivery of quality work.

Requirements

  • 4 5 years of proven work experience with account management, sales or relevant role, ideally in e-commerce industry
  • Positive, go-to attitude, and the?ability to quickly learn?new technologies
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Self-driven?personality with active listening skills
  • Strong command in?communications and negotiation?skills
  • Good?presentation skills
  • High passion for sales, ability to?build relationships with clients?on daily basis
  • High proficiency in?English
  • Good level of ownership and thinking on behalf of the company
  • Strong drive to find, analyze and?solve problems
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, primarily?Excel and Word
  • Willingness?to work beyond defined ‘Job description’?to learn and grow?along with our company’s growth
