Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure Customer Care Standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


The Job:

  • Liaise between the company and the clients globally.
  • Manage inbound client contact via calls, live chats, emails and social media in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  • Use judgement and critical thinking skills to solve issues and handle customers’ complaints tactfully.
  • Proactively identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all clients’ conversations, complete necessary escalation and follow up with clients as and when required.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Possesses at least 2 years of working experience in Call Center, Tele-sales amp; customer service environments, hospitality or Creative/Advertising companies will be an added advantage.
  • Have a passion for cold-calling, telemarketing, business development and customer service.
  • Self-confident, strong initiative and an ability to interact with all types of people.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress and work under pressure.
  • High adaptability and able to make smart decisions quickly.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Good command of English (verbal amp; written).
  • Must be able to work any shift.
