Audio Project Engineer (Freelance)

• Ensure that all QA and editing is completed to the highest standards and to schedule.
• Liaise with clients about the best practices for their deliverables.
• Liaise with senior staff about the best practices for the post-production pipeline.
• Prepare studio sessions’ assets such as audio and video reference files and dialogue scripts.
• Develop audio post-production services, processes, and workflow as part of a trans-Atlantic team.
• Report to senior staff regarding workflow issues.
• Manage project files and ensure team are issued files to work on and support team with any concerns.
• Provide analysis, troubleshooting and remediation of audio files.
• Support in creation and maintenance of work and audio files.
• Develop VBA code to manage assets through Excel.
• Render general support in projects.

Requirements

• Strong interest and experience in audio post-production work.
• Independent and meticulous team player with a results-driven personality.
• Equipped with appropriate urgency to suit operational demands.

• Experience in project management across multiple projects and languages.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and VBA development skills.
• Competent in Python coding / development skills.
• Able to strategize and allocate resources for upcoming projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English with customer-oriented mindset.

• A passion for gaming in various game genres will be advantageous.
