Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

As an Inside Sales Rep (ISR), you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be playing a major role in starting and creating a positive relationship with our to be client. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


  • You will source for new sales opportunities through outbound sales calls and emails.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, able to understand customer needs and requirements to find opportunities for the business.
  • You will qualify opportunities to further develop client relationship.
  • You will attempt to close Sales Agreement with client and achieve set quarterly quotas.
  • You will be resourceful to research potential clients, identify key players and generate interest.
  • You will maintain and expand your database of prospects to build pipeline.


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and a good influencer
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Minuimum Diploma or equivalent


Office Hour: Mon to Fri

Work Location: Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia
