We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
As an Inside Sales Rep (ISR), you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be playing a major role in starting and creating a positive relationship with our to be client. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will source for new sales opportunities through outbound sales calls and emails.
- You are a natural relationship builder, able to understand customer needs and requirements to find opportunities for the business.
- You will qualify opportunities to further develop client relationship.
- You will attempt to close Sales Agreement with client and achieve set quarterly quotas.
- You will be resourceful to research potential clients, identify key players and generate interest.
- You will maintain and expand your database of prospects to build pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and a good influencer
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Minuimum Diploma or equivalent
