We have a great opportunity for a committed Tech Recruitment Researcher to support our growing team of successful Tech Talent Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be an integral member to support our sales process and develop a seamless recruitment organism which works as one.
- You understand culture of a client and most importantly why a particular candidate would work well and suit in that environment.
- You will source and make ready pool of candidates that will fit into the job profile and make recommendations for Tech Talent Consultant.
- You will contribute as a Researcher which will be your prelude to a full 360 role.
- You are a quick thinker, great relationship builder and proactive to the needs of the Tech Talent Consultants.
- You are an expert in being proactively to map out market segments.
- You are a networking machine, be authentic, determined and visible in the market by engaging with real life people.
- You are the company ambassador, at the same time building your personal brand, harnessing the power of social media to create an authentic online profile.
- You are an influencer and effective in communicating across multiple platforms and channels.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Researcher
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Confident communicator to stakeholders, candidates and team members
- Knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Influencer with high integrity.
- A degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Passion amp; affinity to achieve high target.
- A self-starter, goal driven person with passion to advance.
- Team player.
