Job Description
As a Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist you will work closely with other members within a recruitment team. The Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist is a key partner in managing recruitment activities, building candidate networks through various sourcing techniques, including social recruitment methodology. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, excellent communication, relationship builder as well have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice.
Duties:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates according to client specifications
- Source candidates with specific skills to build talent pipelines using social media online and jobs portal sourcing techniques
- Update candidate records and job postings
- Keep in constant communication with candidate on status as it relates to their candidacy
- Provide general and varied administrative support to the recruitment team
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma is highly preferred
- Demonstrate social media networking skills
- Prior experience working with candidate sourcing is advantageous
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- IT background or have experience in recruiting for IT positions
