This role will require partnering with multi-functional teams to analyze data and processes to provide opportunities and insights that improve the operation our global contact center teams.What you'll do
  • The Order Management Specialist is responsible for placing purchase orders with Lime’s manufacturing partners. The order management process requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and good project management. The order specialist will serve as a liaison between the supply chain management team, the demand forecasting team, production and quality teams and finally our operational team.
  • Monitor, review, and manage open orders daily from several reports and serve as first point of contact for order escalation
  • Take ownership of aged delayed billing cases and escalated open orders, initiating investigations into delays
  • Investigate each escalated open order and respond promptly by ensuring:
  • All paperwork is scanned
  • All lines are on the order and completed as required
  • All weight and quantity discrepancies between documentation and order lines are resolved
  • All order manifests/BOLs are closed
  • Ensure order and billing accuracy prior to orders reaching the Billing team
  • Work with Finance to payment scheduling and completion
  • Develop and execute action plans to resolve the identified delays and errors
  • Accurately completing or confirming transportation order lines
  • Identify continuous improvement ideas and work with key stakeholders to improve process flow
  • Track delays and systematically address root causes
  • Escalate non-compliance; report weekly to operations manager on individual facility performance and suggest remedial action (e.g. training, management escalations) as needed
  • Use data and analytics to understand and resolve account errors

About You
  • Basic Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience in Operations, Customer Experience, Billing.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Language: Mandarin and English
  • Experience managing projects or client relations
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple project deliverables
  • Ability to effectively work with and influence team members
  • Ability to use data and analytics to understand and resolve errors
