Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our regional team in APAC to help ensure the successful delivery of a complex project. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of the different phases and components to this project. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of this project, from the initial signing stage at phase 1 and then on to the operational setup and deployment in phase 2. Expected to work independently to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and work with multiple work streams globally and summarize progress of project to key stakeholders and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with project sponsor and clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The PM will coordinate with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible and will support the hiring of talent as needed to fulfil project requirements. This position will report to the Regional Managing Director, APAC.
Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other project team members and internal stakeholders• Coordinate internal resources domestically and globally along with (if required) third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within time frame expectation• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as a Statement of Work(SOW)• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed when project time deadlines become at-risk• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long term goals• Use and continually develop leadership skills• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Requirements:• 4-6 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare• Proven project management experience in complex, matrixed global projects• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a huge plus• Excellent communication skills: client-facing and internal, written and verbal• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected and ability to deal with ambiguity• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceWe believe that difference insp
