We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Branch Support Service Assistant (Service Scheduler / Planner) to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer’s service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Planning amp; service visit entries for Service Dept and administration support work.
  • Ensure all documents are validated for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all data is inputted onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Other responsibilities relevant to the role (Admin, Paperwork amp; system)

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Min SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Experienced in Customer Service and admin
  • Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude and able to work independently
  • Able to handle high volume of document and meet tight deadline
