Your Next Career Milestone:

Digital Marketing

• Establish tone, voice and direction of marketing message every 3 to 6 months, and replicate it across other marketing pillars.
• Create promotional or message campaigns that are suitable for trend, theme or festive.
• Monitor effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns and measure its performance based on engagement, traction and success.
• Appoint the right channel to run social media initiatives, including partnership with influencers, bloggers, youtubers.
• Analyze relevant sets of statistics and make changes to ensure each campaign reaches optimum outcome.
• Identify various online channels and affiliates that could create brand awareness.
• Manage all marketing engagement activities that occur on multiple marketing platforms to ensure achieving positive results in market penetration.

Advertising, Communications and Creative

• Proactively direct the development and execution of global marketing communications including product launches, trade shows, public relations, press releases, workshops, global corporate events and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Track market sentiment and clients behavioural changes to ensure the Company stay relevant to market needs.
• Plan and organise all yearly product launch, events, exhibition, workshops and talks with the Sales team to achieve the best and consistent message strategy that brings positive experience to clients visiting us in any shows.
• Work closely with the Design team to set up branding approaches, identify packaging, merchandise and/or freebies that fit well in different events.
• Collect event feedback on product launching, event experience and overall satisfaction of audience.
• Responsible in contacting target media and appropriate response to media requests and coordinating media interest in Company/Group.

Requirements

The Match-Making:

• Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience (preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products/tech/ecommerce environment).
• Possesses a clear overview of the new age marketing spectrum.
• Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to make things happen.
• Positive attitude and listening skills. Actively involved in brainstorming sessions with internal clients to customise solutions.
• Strong communication to address issues, presenting ideas and suggestions tactfully.
• Good interpersonal skills to achieve great teamwork and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently.
• Able to strategize, analyse and present business data/report.
• Possesses problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy in handling different channels of communication and e-meetings.
• Able to travel when required.
