Senior Executive, Email CRM Marketing

This role will be both challenging and rewarding - as you’ll be driving the day to day operations and growing the contributions of Email Marketing amp; CRM throughout all aspects of the funnel. The job involves planning out campaigns and timelines, strategizing with identified goals in mind, collaborating with multiple teams across the organization, optimizing for engagement and revenue. There will be space to experiment and to build out long term projects whilst looking at creative ways to continue revenue contributions and develop engagement.

The Job:

• Work with the team to plan, collaborate, and execute on email campaigns for 2 key products in the creative space.
• Analyse data with input from the Growth Team to optimize promotional, engagement, and automated email campaigns.
• Create, Justify, and nurture customer segments for online and offline campaigns.
• Demonstrate growth in the email channel using best practices.
• Provide feedback to all relevant cross functional teams regarding marketing amp; product issues.
• Support upsell and cross-selling marketing efforts to increase customer value and retention.

Requirements

The person:

• Possesses at least 3 years of experience executing on operational items yet driving meaningful initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in working with cross functional teams to launch new campaigns, automated flows, and journeys
• Self-Starter with an uncontrollable habit to pitch new ideas and approaches.
• Has a positive attitude in a growing and changing climate.
• Background and experience in Design highly desirable.
• English fluency is a must.
• Must be detail oriented.
