Technical Lead - Web Application Development

The Job:

• Lead the back-end technical planning from conception through life cycle to delivery.
• Analyze requirements and estimating effort with Laravel frameworks and libraries.
• Provide the best technical solution that has the business best interests at heart.
• Ensure codes are optimized prior to deployment, till production.
• Understand clear objectives and come up with world class solutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for multiple priorities and manage their expectations.
• Guide, lead amp; motivate the team.

Requirements

The Person:

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in PHP web development.
• Proficient in MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS3.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Amazon Elasticsearch service amp; AWS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Technical Lead or a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of design and implementation of web services.
• Build high performance and scalable applications.
• Positive attitude, thinks out of the box and always see the big picture.
• A team player with excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
