Business Development Executive

The Job:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings and follow-up with prospective customers.
• Promote/advocate Company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Support managers to follow-through on contractual procedures to close deals according to guidelines.
• Working in close partnership with product, customer service, business development, content and community team to develop cohesive strategies and implementation to prevent overlaps.
• Support managers to create content - including collateral, on-line resources, workshops, events etc that can be easily adopted by internal stakeholders and/or delivered directly to external audiences.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and manage administrative work ie meeting minutes, feedback gathering etc.

Requirements

The Person:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and the ecosystem partners.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, team player and curiosity to learn
