We’re looking for a visionary Social Media amp; Content Lead to direct our content creation and distribution for all products under our platform across the region. This role will require familiarity across all social media platforms and you will be expected to think both creatively and analytically to drive results and achieve ambitious growth goals.

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Own the entire social media management and content strategy for all StoreHub products from content planning to creation and distribution. Everyone (including our leads) is expected to execute within their roles(i.e. Creating content, distributing content etc)
  • Work closely and collaborate within the team and organization to translate business amp; marketing objectives into crystal-clear social media/content strategies.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to provide social media insights, drive commercial social KPIs and grow a brand via social media.
  • Stay up to date on social media viral trends, browsing behaviors, and user demographics to plan out the most effective methods for content promotion and distribution.
  • Provide leadership to a team of community managers, content creators and social media executives.
  • Own social media KPIs (community growth, ROAS, engagement rates)


What you will need to have:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing and social media.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A proven track record of growing a brand via social media, content creation, and distribution (with a particular focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
  • Experience with content marketing amp; SEO.
  • Experience leading, developing, and managing a team of social media executives and content creators.
  • Project management experience with an obsession with details. We always have ongoing projects within the team and organization. As a leader, you are expected to occasionally take the helm for some of these projects.
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an effective collaborator across multiple departments and countries.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use data to gather insights and spot opportunities to continuously improve content quality and conversions.
  • Ability to think from a user’s perspective and a customer’s online shopping experience
  • A driven, proactive, can-do attitude.
