We’re looking for an extraordinary Performance Marketing Specialist to drive new user growth through paid and unpaid digital channels. As a member of the Growth amp; Acquisition Team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation and analysis of acquisition funnels across a variety of digital channels, working with cross-functional teams to support StoreHub’s core SaaS products and Beep food delivery.

You don’t need to know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.


You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Developing amp; optimizing acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social.
  • Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
  • Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
  • Setup, QA, run and analyze the results of A/B tests.
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
  • Develop, build and run A/B tests across landing pages. Experience writing direct-response copy is a huge benefit here.


You would be perfect for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a digital / e-commerce / SaaS environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos.
  • Experience using basic CRM tools - Hubspot, Salesforce or an equivalent tool.
  • Direct experience with:
    • Facebook advertising
    • Adwords
    • Acquisition funnels
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or an equivalent tool)
  • Experience managing analytics tools amp; expertise in manipulating data sets (think: Excel).
  • Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook amp; Google.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: This role will require managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Addicted to growth amp; perpetual learning.
