Be accountable for smooth execution of sprint goals for your team. This includes that you will:

  • In collaboration with your team,
    • Decide on team goals for the sprint in line with OKRs
    • Create and prioritize set of backlog items (including extra projects run by experienced team members in your team) to achieve the sprint goals
  • Facilitate sprint planning sessions to determine items to work on during sprint
  • Support team in delivery of sprint backlog including (i) Working with team to plan / execute the backlog items; (ii) supporting / coaching team members; and, (iii) take ownership of specific items.
  • Run daily stand ups to ensure team aware of progress / potential issues are identified / addressed early
  • Support team in preparing and conducting sprint review and retrospective meeting
  • Ensure to follow-up of items identified in retrospective

Ensure smooth coordination with other teams

  • Facilitate discussions with cooperating teams, most frequently with product managers, tech teams, other operational teams etc.

Support careers of your team members

  • Run weekly O2O sessions with your team members to assess progress, assist in addressing issues, and support team members by providing learning opportunities based on mutually agreed development plans
  • Motivate team members and help resolve any rising conflicts with team, with help to your manager if required
  • Write performance evaluation for your team at the end of each term, discuss with team member, and work with them to create development plan for following term


  • Experience in managing a team for at least more than 2 years.
  • Able to work across multiple team and cultures
  • Has experience coaching fresh grads/junior team members
  • Experience in e-commerce and agile
  • Flexible in managing team and transitioning into individual contributor roles
