We pride ourselves as the best and largest vertically integrated, omni-channel women’s fashion brand in the region. Founded in 2010, we’ve grown to 150 people strong, proudly headquartered in Singapore with country offices in Indonesia and Malaysia and an omni-channel presence across these 3 markets. In addition to our retail franchise in Cambodia, we ship internationally to 15 markets (Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Macau, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia amp; Brunei).

The role
You will be responsible for providing the #LBexperience to our customers in stores - helping women be more confident through educating them to dress well and right. You are the brand ambassador and the essence of our values and beliefs, and are instrumental in building Love, Bonito’s most powerful strategic advantage: brand stickiness, customer loyalty and advocacy.
Main responsibilities
- Dedicated to contributing to the highest level of customized and personalized customer service - eager to approach and speak to customers, offering advice on products, styling and services to help them rediscover themselves - to ramp up our conversion rate!
- Driven to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers - you’ll be engaging with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences through the relationships you’ve formed.
- Bring our designs to life by recommending, inspiring and educating women what and how to dress to their fullest potential!
- Share your expert and dynamic knowledge with customers, ensuring that they walk away understanding more about themselves, our brand and products
- Committed to customer retention - shows enthusiasm to go above and beyond for our customers to deliver the best shopping experience!
Requirements
You should have / be
- A passion and genuine love for people - one who enjoys interacting and connecting with people to build meaningful relationships!
- A fun, warm and charismatic personality - you are not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation, and guests aren't afraid to approach you either!
- Have a keen eye for putting together well-fitting and attractive outfits for women of different styles, shapes and sizes
- A Love, Bonito ambassador with a passion for the brand, our products, and lives and breathes our culture and core values
- A compelling relationship builder who is versatile in using a variety of communications methods to craft a shopping experience that is easy, inspiring, and productive for the customer
- Attentive to the customers’ needs and have the ability to read people and body languages well
- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!
Qualifications amp; Experience
- Previous experience in styling, face-to-face sales experience
- Highest level of professionalism in both appearance and attitude
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
- Able to commute to HQ and stores
