Job Description

Duration: 6 month initially with potential for contract extension

Location: This role is available on a remote or part-remote basis within and around the Selangor state

(Currently we are all working remotely due to Covid-19)

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our team in Kuala Lumpur with a full range of administrative duties.

This will be a varied administrative role supporting a variety of areas, including Finance, HR, office management support and IT so this is a great opportunity for you to develop a wide range of skills and make the role your own. , with the potential for career development depending on your interests. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of people from different departments and offices globally.

The day-to-day:

HR support:

  • On-boarding of new starters and leavers process
  • Liaison with our partner Agency regarding employee questions and issues
  • Coordinating employee reviews and end of year appraisals, ensuring managers have necessary documentation and materials in order to conduct effective employee reviews
  • Administration and monitoring of employee annual leave, sickness and other types of leave
  • Recruitment administration support
  • Organising IT equipment for new and existing employees

General office support:

  • Contractor management Coordinating onboarding and ongoing administration
  • Supplier management Acting as first point of contact for third party suppliers
  • Supporting finance with global purchase orders, processing invoices, workflows and expenses


What you will offer:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in an administrative role, preferably with some HR or Finance support experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A mature approach and ability to build trust quickly due to sensitive nature of information
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people at different levels
  • A desire to develop skills and knowledge as there is a room for the role to grow over time
  • A hands on and flexible approach
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved with a number of different activities
