Position Purpose:
To assist e-Commerce manager in establishing online sales execution and operations management for company and organization that do business via eCommerce marketplaces
Requirements
Description of Duties:
- Sets-up stores on marketplace via content, image and banners upload
- Maintain and update store information via content, image and banners upload
- Order management/processing for all e-marketplaces
- Planning amp; submitting prices, deals and promotions on the marketplace platforms
- Stock management and tracking
- Store onsite merchandizing management and proactive improvement
- Investigate customer feedback and provide useful solutions to operational issues and other areas of improvement
- Coordinating with the warehouse, finance and other support functions to ensure strong execution
- Building the optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy by brand
- Data reporting, analysis and presentation for key brand stakeholders
- Driving Luxasia’s brands’ performance on third-party online marketplaces
- Assist closely with marketing to execute marketing amp; onsite investments

Education amp; Experience:
- Bachelor of Business or Marketing from a Top Tier school
- E-Commerce/retail

- Preferred Experience in 3rd Party Marketplace such as Lazada/Zalora/Tokopedia/Shopee
