Job Description

Key Responsibilities amp; Accountabilities:

1) Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for all aspect of strategic and operational recruitment policies and procedures at Group level.
  • Responsible for the Group’s talent attraction strategies and activities to ensure a sustainable Group talent pipeline.
  • Lead the overall recruitment activities from candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management to on-boarding.
  • Deliver end-to-end hiring and on-boarding process for Managerial employees.
  • Implement solutions to achieve greater efficiency and synergies for Group’s recruitment processes.
  • Develop short, medium- and long-term work force planning.
  • Responsible for the overall employer branding activities from recruitment or talent acquisition perspectives from designing of recruitment material, leading recruitment fairs and events, reviewing employee referral programs, partnership program to social media or advertising campaigns.
  • Enhance the Lion Group’s employer brand reputation and visibility.
  • To manage and drive Lion-Parkson Foundation Scholarship Program.
  • Responsible to overall process and management of Lion-Parkson Foundation Scholarship Program.
2) Talent Management
  • Identify the talent populations needed, the potentials and critical talents within the organization while supporting the retention and accelerated progression of those capable of excelling.
  • Create assessment approaches to identify talents, develop path for the individuals who are identified as talents, design succession and contingency frameworks.
  • Devise diverse approaches to talents, look beyond organisational boundaries to work with diverse talent pools.
  • Assume the role of Group Succession Planning Advisor in respect of senior roles as well as identified critical positions at lower levels. Ensure that the succession plans are fully embedded.
  • Work collaboratively with Operating Companies’ human resource personnel on talent management and succession planning.
  • Any task assigned by the management.


  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Human Resource preferably in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Succession Planning.
  • Experience in developing competency framework, onboarding and succession program.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to drive for result through effective working with team members and associates.
  • Detailed, good analytical skills. good communication skills.
