Passionate and talented candidates for Chef's Apprentice are sought for our busy private dining establishment. Expect a steep learning curve as you hone your skills in all aspects of food service delivery from menu planning, curation of signature dishes, and food preparation, to the presentation of dishes, interaction with diners, and quality control, on-the-job, under the exacting tutelage of Executive Chef Simon Phillips.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least basic culinary training to take advantage of the apprenticeship, as well as:
• a well-developed and sensitive palate
• creative flair for recipe design
• impeccable artistry and plating skills
• an outgoing personality and command of English language for front-of-house interaction
