As the Head of APAC you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability and growth of the Elements APAC sites. You’ll work closely with the Group CEO to report on project delivery and escalate operational challenges to the leads when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the location.

You’ll be a part of something game-changing, driving the growth as the leader of a new field: embedded talent consultancy.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and engage with the C-Suite to define and lead the Elements company strategy
  • Lead and direct the Elements APAC business and continue to build the Elements brand in APAC
  • Define the commercial, sales and marketing strategy in order to deliver on key business objectives
  • Develop collaborative relationships across multiple functions. Define objectives in line with company strategy and monitor progress against them
  • Report to the Board on progress against objectives
  • Own the APAC cost base. Determine, monitor and review costs and operational budgets
  • Take responsibility for the APAC revenue target and establish go-to-market strategies.
  • Help to define the local pricing strategy, and take ultimate responsibility with partners, pricing margins and utilisation rate
  • Have oversight of the pipeline of new business and provide support where required
  • Optimise opportunities for growth and identify areas of development
  • Work with the CFO to manage the ongoing financial performance of Elements, including credit control with partners, pricing margins and utilisation rate.
  • Own the marketing strategy and plan; execute on marketing activities to achieve company objectives
  • Serve as the escalation point for client contractual relationships and fee negotiations, invoicing and monitoring contract compliance
  • Help to define APAC talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop the leadership team within the APAC team
  • Continue to work on the connection between the APAC team and the EMEA offices to ensure inclusivity and cultural alignment
  • Work alongside the People team to ensure the people agenda is implemented locally

Requirements

  • Extensive experience gained in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of over-achievement of growth targets
  • Ability to demonstrate financial business acumen across a variety of stakeholders
  • A love of working with high-growth / fast-scaling companies and solving challenging talent acquisition problems with a human-centric approach
  • Proven experience managing people and multi-faceted teams with multiple delivery requirements
  • Significant expertise managing stakeholders and advising on best practice solutions in line with Elements methodologies.
  • Data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, manage a team, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
