Regional Workplace Services Analyst (Asia) - Subang

ROLE SUMMARY:

The workplace services analyst is the central point of contact for the Asia country IT in the area of user account administration, workplace standards and support. The workplace services analyst also works closely with the Global Workplace Services Team in driving the global workplace standards and strategies fit for purpose for the Asia region.

KEY WORK OUTPUTS amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manages the day to day operations of VMware Workspace One EMM platform for laptops and mobile phones which includes but not limited to administration, troubleshooting and standardization for the Asia region.
• Works as the point of contact for guidance and support for Asia country IT for any VMware Workspace One related training and issue resolution.
• Manages the day to day operations of Google administration for the Asia region which includes but not limited to email bulk creation, password resets and Google workspace support.
• Manages the day to day operations of o365 account administration for the Asian region. This includes the assigning of licenses, guidance and support to the Asia country IT.
• Work with the Global Desktop Engineering Team to promote and implement the Next Generation initiative using ChromeOS devices.
• Provide the appropriate level of support and guidance to the Asia country IT on the areas of workplace standards as well as the adoption of ChromeOS devices
• Drive the implementation of workplace service improvement projects in alignment with Rentokil’s workplace strategy.
• Provide the monthly reporting of Google and Workspace One account as part of the housekeeping efforts for the Asia country IT.
• Provide the usage breakdown of Workspace One as part of monthly cross charges to Asia countries.

Requirements

The Candidate will have 3 years' experience as an established EUC professional exposed to design, implementation, delivery amp; systems administration in the areas of EMM deployment for laptops and mobile phones

Sound knowledge and hands-on operational experience in 3 or more of the following

- Enterprise Mobile Management (e.g VMware Workspace One)

- Google workspace administration

- Remote support tool (e.g Bomgar)

- Android Enterprise

- ChromeOS

- Windows 10 (administration and patching process)

- Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application
