Job Description

Roles amp; Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing activities, and sales performances to drive partners growth in Shopee
  • Developing and aligning growth projection
  • Work closely to introduce / onboard new products that drive orders
  • Monitor competitor landscape to identify industry trends and developing counter-strategies as required
  • Securing exclusive campaigns (e.g. 9.9/11.11)
  • Address ad-hoc issues about settlement, reporting, and revision/renewal of legal contract
  • Ensure merchant retention in Shopee
  • Strategize and execute of Shopee and Lazada channel strategic plans to meet annual sales plan
  • Ensure product listing, campaign, promotions are all up and running for sales
  • Manage and support onsite operation team on all product and promotional activities on website.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information onto the e-Commerce platform management system e.g. products, promotions, stocks, price.
  • Monitor the operation and identify any potential issues on the system and escalate any technical issues to the relevant teams.
  • Assist in the conceptual and technical operation of the e-Commerce platform.
  • Load, manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement and promotional messages are accurate and meet brand standards
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews / feedback related to product assortment and update product content and site messaging to better service the consumers

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to think out of the box.
  • Strong leadership with strategic vision and drive.
  • Structured and has good analytical skills.
  • Understand of E-Commerce and Apps backend system.
  • Basic Photoshop skills and copywriting skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce amp; Digital Marketing experience (preferably worked with e-commerce such as Shopee/Lazada before)
  • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently.
  • Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry.
