As we prepare for our next phase of expansion into UGC content, we are looking for a creative and resourceful video producer who can help build compelling programming and shows for our social media channels and on our new proprietary platforms.
This is a position based in Malaysia. Working closely with the team, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the management team to develop and execute a regional video content strategy (ID, MY, ID) that will incorporate UGC stories submitted by our community
- Work collaboratively with editorial and product to develop video concepts that will engage our users
- Conceptualize and execute branded videos with the assistance of outsourced video teams
- Create, shoot, edit, and produce HHWT content and shows
- Analyze the results of your work to learn from tests and improve HHWT videos, particularly with regard to audience response and performance metrics
Requirements
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Bahasa
- 3-5 years of experience with video production and familiarity with DSLR cameras, lighting, editing, and audio recording.
- 3-5 years proven experience creating compelling content for the web
- Experience running regional video campaigns
- A competitive drive - you enjoy challenging yourself and really going for it
- Ability to work on your own as well as in small teams under tight deadlines
- A positive, curious, playful disposition (no haters)
