What you’ll be doing
You are the Rockstar who can build rapport with anyone across different service-lines and behave at the highest level when engaging with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
You are a strategic thinker who is highly empathetic and understands what it means to be ‘user-focused’. From the information gathered, you are able to come up with innovative ideas and work with the Product Owner/Team to design, plan, and execute regional activation campaigns to help meet those business needs.
You have a keen interest in Technology and is always thinking about the user personas, user journey, the user experience when planning the campaign initiatives to share new knowledge and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s overall objectives and support the Product Owner/Team to plan and co-ordinate all regional activation campaign activities.
- You will be responsible in developing plans, managing schedules, tracking timeline and reporting, as well as co-ordinating and collaborating with different internal teams to deliver high quality activation campaigns across different regional markets.
- Provide guidance and support to the Product Owner/Team in building awareness, increase adoption, and drive lead generation of the product that aligns back to the overall strategy and objectives.
- Shape a standardised way of working and/or establish/refine the current tools used for effective digital change and adoption that can be utilise across all levels.
- Put in a place a process and standardisation of knowledge articles and templates that uphold organisational standards which allows for easy knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Keep pulse on the overall performance to meet the objectives successfully.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Prior experience in digital project management and hands-on experience managing and executing marketing/activation campaigns - from initial briefing to delivery.
- Good ability to communicate and break down technology features and benefits for a diverse audience.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to own individual projects as well as the ability to work within a team.
- Has an eye for design and is familiar with Creative Design tools (bonus)
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing/Advertising, Business Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
