You are the Superstar Evangelist who is able to envision the big picture, figure out the details, and rally stakeholders at all levels to join you on the journey to achieve the desired outcomes.

You enjoy putting together strategic plans, figuring out the details, and getting hands-on with its delivery.

A natural people-person, you can build rapport with anyone across different service-lines effortlessly and is very comfortable in engaging key stakeholders and decision makers to understand their business goals, needs, or challenges and work with them to find a solution/outcome.

You are also a leader who is able to work with diverse teams, inspire and support them to deliver great outcomes, and is not afraid of rolling up your sleeves.

You have a keen interest in Technology and is always thinking about the user personas, user journey, the user experience when planning the campaign initiatives to share new knowledge and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and consistent communication flow at the account-management level.
  • Understand the client’s overall objectives, both at the organisational and delivery level, and is able to support the Product Owner and Delivery Team to plan and co-ordinate all regional activation campaign activities.
  • As the subject matter expert for all matters relating to Marketing, Communication, and Activation, you will work closely with the Product Owner and the Delivery team and will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and creative input of all campaigns.
  • Operate effectively and clearly in an unstructured environment and demonstrate an awareness of the full breadth of services offered that is able to meet the Client’s business needs.
  • Responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, project resources and project deliverables.
  • Provide guidance/support to the Delivery Team as well as assist with the project at a strategic level which includes strategy development, requirements definition and business process improvement; while on a delivery level it will encompass campaign management and coordination, cross-regional, stakeholder management, change management.
  • Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure project scope is delivered with high quality, on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact to project timeline, quality of deliverables and costs.
  • Identify customer needs, maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of solution based high quality work.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Have experience in managing digital projects with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent estimating, scheduling amp; budgeting skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong team-building, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate and break down technology features and benefits for a diverse audience, with strong meeting and workshop facilitation experience.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI with a keen sense of process design knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing/Advertising, Business Management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience with strong industry knowledge.
  • Has prior experience in digital project management and has worked on campaigns - from initial briefing to delivery.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Able to own individual projects as well as the ability to work within a team.
  • Skills in Creative Design tools is a plus.
