With more than 6 billion offers on our platform, 100+ million unique shoppers last year, and a reputation as an independent authority when it comes to insights about the regional e-commerce sector, iPrice is at the center of South East Asia’s e-commerce revolution.

Last year, 100mn+ online shoppers in South East Asia (50% of the total) used iPrice’ product discovery, price comparison and coupons products. With SEO as our primary User Acquisition Channel today, all this traffic is going through our mobile-optimized web experience.

iPrice is the only aggregator in SEA that managed to keep up with the growing complexity of the regional eCommerce space; we crunch a catalogue of 6bn offers night amp; day and extract the best offers to present to our users.

Still, building brand awareness and loyalty to tap into user lifetime value is challenging given a combination of reasons:

  • 90% of our traffic is on mobile devices with small screens (compared to a laptop / desktop devices), meaning limited real estate to tell our story
  • interactions with our portals remain very short-lived, the user typically searching on google for a product lands on our site and is quickly redirected to our merchant partner sites / apps

As a key goal for ’21 we decided to build our own App to convert our web audience, which we essentially acquire for free, into a loyal and recurring App user base. Initially we will focus on price watch - tracking real time prices of selected products, then informing the user when there is an offer meeting his price point, expanding to other value-adds as we learn.

Responsibilities:

As Director of Marketing (CRM), you are in charge of:

  • Building / optimizing our user funnels / journeys for o acquisition of users from our web experience into the App o re-engaging our users regularly within the App itself
  • Establishing clear analytics / tooling required to measure progress / success
  • Hiring a team of CRM specialists to optimize for our 6 key markets
  • Curating a closed group of early adopters to iterate on our App value proposition
  • Working across Value Streams with product / tech in an Agile setup to fulfill this vision

Requirements

  • Track record in leadership positions and building teams across multiple countries in South East Asia
  • Passion for building high performing teams and people development
  • Experience working with other teams in a cross-functional and agile environment
  • Structured approach to problem solving and highly analytical -"numbers driven"
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of the affiliate marketing space in SEA and around the world
  • Highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset
