Responsibilities

As SVP/VP of Account Management, you will be a member of the company’s senior leadership team -- helping define the long-term direction of the company -- as well as support the account management and integration teams in overseeing execution. A leader in agility, the company leverages OKR to define objectives our objectives, and follows a two (2) week sprint cycle to manage execution.

Specifically, you will:

  • Be part of the iPrice senior leadership team to help shaping the long-term strategy of the company.
  • Lead the team of ~20 Business Development (BD), Account Management (AM) and Technical Account Management (TAM) members.
  • Work with leadership, AM, TAM and Business Development BD teams to develop annual and Termly (4 Month) Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver on strategy. Including the specification of strategies for top ecommerce merchants and other digital companies and/or other technology partners across South East Asia operating in this region.
  • Ensure proper resource planning to deliver the strategy and OKRs. Providing coaching and development to ensure AM and BD teams have required skills and competencies.
  • Work with relevant product owners to ensure priorization of sprint backlog for b-weekly sprints.
  • Develop and support execution of account management plans in each of iPrice countries.
  • Drive senior business development and account leadership for key partner / merchants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers / influencers including partners, key users, clients and other members in the eco-system.
  • Leverage analytics to drive key performance metrics of both our partners and iPrice, identify areas of improvement, strategy for growth, and long-term retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, account management, product management or similar roles at a top technology company or marketing agencies (media/creative/others).
  • Prior work experience in B2B sales and/or Account Management in affiliate marketing and / or technical IT knowledge a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and partnership strategies (influencing C-level and other senior executives at the client) that achieved broad support from clients and/or industry group.
  • Strong product instinct and ability to identify opportunities for iPrice to leverage partners’ existing and in-development products, as well as the ability to collaborate with iPrice’s Product and Engineering organization to build world-class features for our users.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and mentor a diverse team of high performing, customer facing individuals.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, including the ability to speak to different constituencies such as business development, product, engineering, and sales internally and externally. Proficiency in other SE Asian languages an advantage.
