- Handle job creation and monitor the progress for necessary updates
- Coordinate on Import and Export shipments. Must be familiar with incoterms
- Preparing shipping documents. Familiar with import/export documentation.
- Familiarity with bonded documentation and processes would be advantageous.
- Knowledge on Custom Forms (K1, K2, K8) and customs processes.
- Liaise confidently with all stakeholders and coordinate between multiple parties
- Communicate with operation team and monitor job status/progress
- Attend to email correspondence
- Constant follow up on customer feedbacks/issues/problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Get quotations from freight forwarders
- Ad hoc activities such as bundling/splitting
- Familiar with insurance claims process in the event that goods are damaged/lost etc. Able to track and monitor claims in progress and follow up until closed. Lodge police reports and follow up where necessary.
- Strive to achieve set KPI’s related to inbound efficiency.
- Generate and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Must be organized and able to monitor and track multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Other related task that will be assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Transportation/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of working experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge in SAP ERP will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
