We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive customer success and help make iPrice even stronger. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and/or operations, marketing, experience working with numbers with inspiring results. This opportunity offers a creative, fast paced work environment where you’ll be the center of iPrice innovation. The Account Manager will play an integral role in strategically building and developing an effective communication base with partners with a prime focus on revenues through active ideation of next generation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a main point of contact for assigned merchants and partners with the goal to develop strong business relationships, resolve any conflicts and grow revenue over time.
  • Facilitate discussions and manage output quality by working closely with the cross functional teams (including Account Managers, Integration and Analysts) within iPrice.
  • Create clear presentation and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Analyze key performance metrics of the merchants assigned to you, identify areas of improvement, prepare strategy for growth and drive long-term retention initiatives.
  • Effectively utilize internal tools, performance trackers and resources to deliver operational excellence.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with leadership and Account Management team to develop annual and Termly (4 Month) Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver on strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 4-5 years of work experience in B2B sales, Account Management, relationship management or affiliate marketing in the e-commerce industry
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with impeccable negotiation skills
  • Driven by results, and oriented towards pace making sure not a single deadline is missed
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel able to deliver complex analysis and well-structured slides under high time-pressure
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, or media would be an advantage
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
