In this context, this role is integral part of our efforts in developing and managing long term win-win relationship with our partners. This includes overseeing the commercial and technical relationships with current partners and developing and implementing new prospective partnerships.

As an Associate Account Director, you will build and manage an international team that’s handling key accounts like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Foodpanda, Grab and local champions across South-East-Asia.?You have full responsibility for our topline, and your targets are to increase Revenue-per-Click, as well as total revenue through thorough analysis and strong negotiation skills.?We expect you to be hands-on in building one of the most professional and driven sales force in South-East-Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Together with the department lead, develop and manage a team of Account Managers to grow iPrice merchants and partners across SEA.
  • Be the central contact for all commercial needs (including product discovery, price comparison, coupons and campaigns) for our merchants and partners.
  • Responsible to drive overall performance and strengthen the relationships for regional accounts and key marketplaces through strategic discussions involving senior stakeholders.
  • Drive the preparation of outstanding analysis, case studies and sales materials for internal and external use.
  • Play an active role in developing strategies with the other stakeholders of the company to grow the business and merchant accounts.
  • Manage the key relationships between our merchants and partners with the internal iPrice Integration and Marketing team through active and effective communication on a senior level
  • Set-up and drive daily KPI checks, weekly highlight reports and organise meetings with key stakeholders to discuss key impact areas and profitability levels
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue by reviewing key metrics for the merchants such as RPC (revenue-per-click), RPS (revenue-per-session) and their attribution models.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring plans are created, tracking is done and post-mortem learning sessions are held.
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, identify knowledge gaps, silos and potential conflicts and take full ownership of the well-being and morale of the team.
  • Develop and upskill the team while ensuring incremental delivery of results on a weekly basis, highlight process bottlenecks and area of potential to optimize the teams’ productivity.

Requirements

  • 8 10 years of experience in Account Management preferably within the e-commerce or digital space.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to adapt style based on different cultures and personalities
  • Highly analytical mind set, able to quickly convert market information into numbers and KPIs
  • Extremely structured and detail-oriented when it comes to problem solving for clients
  • Driven by results, and oriented towards pace making sure not a single deadline is missed
  • Excellent skills in Powerpoint and Excel able to deliver complex analysis and well-structured slides under high time-pressure
  • Strong motivational and people management skills and able to adapt management styles fluently and motivate a team to give 150%
