At iPrice, Account Management Support diligently tracking the performance of our most important partners, making recommendation based on the data, optimizing our strategy to optimize value and achieve mutually beneficial goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Account Manager Support Executive to drive customer success and help make iPrice even stronger. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in operations, experience working with numbers with inspiring results. This opportunity offers a creative, fast paced work environment where you’ll be part of iPrice innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Management chapter and cross functional account management teams (including Account Managers (AM), Technical Account Managers (TAM) and Business Intelligence (BI) in creating, developing and maintaining key merchant relationship. Key responsibilities would include;
    1. Researching and compiling merchant information (Including coordinating with different departments working with the Account Management team)
    2. Support AMs in merchant meetings including (i) preparation of materials; (ii) when needed, attending merchant meetings; and, (iii) ensuring actions are captured and communicated to team for follow-up
    3. Help set-up and maintain Key Account Management system, documentations and processes to ensure all information is captured and available for the account management team.
    4. Undertaking of regular tasks including (i) Tracking commission changes and coordinating with the AM, TAM and coupon team; and, (ii) Compiling together regular and adhoc merchant reports.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one of South-East Asian languages desirable
  • 1-3 years of work experience in account management, operations, or administrative roles in the e-commerce or similar industries.
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree (marketing, advertising, management or business) or equivalent working experience
  • Diligent, responsible, hard-working, good communication abilities and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
  • Great time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An excellent team player with prior experience
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of initiatives
  • Able to work with a broad cross section of both internal and external contacts.
  • Getting things done and hustling attitude you never find excuses and won’t stop until you get your job done at the end of the day
