What you would do:
- Assist accountant in recording, reconciling and auditing accounting data.
- Assist accountant in the preparation of financial statements, cost reports, balance sheet, income statement and bank reconciliations as needed.
- Record financial transaction meeting accounting standards and utilizing all the tools that we have at your disposal
- Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances to help our clients make better decisions
- Assist in XBRL/ unaudited report/ individual income tax/ GST preparation and filing/ payroll/ personal income tax and full set of accounts
- Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
- Constantly updated with new regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist with any financial related administrative duties as and when assigned.
- Supporting clients based in UK
Requirements
- Candidate must possess accounting qualification such as LCCI, bookkeeping or diploma in accounting and business finance.
- ACCA certificate a plus
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with standard accounting software such as Xero and/or Quickbooks
- Professional proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
- Willing to commit to working hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm
