Job Description

  • Speaking with customers via telephone, email - to maintain weekly sales volumes
  • Manage systems data accuracy, journey plans and stock
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the fleet to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
Customer Management
  • Maintain activity of outlets through calls and messaging
  • Monitoring of market performance
  • Maintaining and updating customers data
Data Management
  • COD bank in tallies with system
  • All items/SKUs are accounted
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
Communication
  • Any changes to the currently systems are communicated to all staff/drivers
  • Complaints are addressed to driver/riders for improvement
  • Provide excellent service to customer (self collect, walk in)
  • Liaison for issues from CS, Shippers, Customer, KAM, Recovery, B2B and XB
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Language requirements : Bahasa Malaysia amp; English (spoken amp; written)
