Senior UX Researcher (Malaysia)
Qoala, Malaysia

We are looking for a senior UX researcher who is challenged by solving complex problems and able to turn them into the simplest possible user journey. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross function international team consisting of product designers, product managers, software engineers, business development, and data analysts.

1. Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behavior and attitudes
2. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on multiple aspects of products and experiences to gain insights of our user behaviour
3. Translate insights into measurable customer experience outcomes
4. Work with Product managers amp; designers to generate ideas to improve and grow the product features and give inputs to iterate the overall product strategy
5. Guide Product Designers to undertake evaluative research projects

Requirements

• Minimum of years experience in UX research, designing and executing end-to-end research plan with clear objectives
• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behaviour, conversion, simplicity and usability
• Have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating various type of research projects (quantitative amp; qualitative), using wide-rage of experiences on foundation/ strategic researches
• Excellent English, communicating and presenting thoughts and idea
