Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.


Responsibilities
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Building a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attracting and sourcing channels
  • Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives including interview best practices, involve in team training, and employer branding / recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to issuing employment offers, across a variety of high-level roles
  • Gathering, tracking and sharing market intelligence related to salary trends, sourcing techniques and selection tools
  • Perform background and reference checks on candidates.
  • Assist candidates with onboarding training and documents, prepare New Joiner reports and Ad-hoc Reports when needed

Requirements


  • Approx. 1+ years doing similar coordination work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task, with excellent time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of G-Suites, prior experience in Workable platform would be additional bonus.
