Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Service Executive, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best Customer Service executives are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They also love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Serves as first point of contact for our customers who need to contact Qoala for pre-sales and post-sales matters
  • Able to serve existing customers by providing product and service information in timely and accurate manner
  • Play a key role in Qoala’s efforts to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide resolution to customer issues in timely and accurate manner
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of customer inquiries/complaints - from creation to resolution
  • Maintains customer complaints records by ensuring accurate categorisation of issues to enable future analysis
  • Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers
  • Assists the VP of Operations and Operations Leads on operations admin matters as and when required

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
