As a Manager, you will manage a Sales Development Representative and an Account Manager. You will be given the autonomy to manage your team's development, growth and performance. This role will report directly to GrowthDesk CEO.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve revenue and client retention targets for the SKALE Enterprise business by overseeing business development, sales and account management efforts.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Lead the team to generate, nurture leads and work with internal and external counterparts to develop a sales and lead generation engine for the business
- Managing sales pipeline and ensuring sales processes are being followed across the team to to close new business opportunities in line with KPIs
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Be the key point person to enrich key accounts and ensure junior account managers are managing client portfolios well
- Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
- Working closely with various stakeholders on project related matters.
- Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the project including those managed by junior Account managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Analysing risks and mitigating these in order to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring the project is in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B account management / sales or project management role ideally within the Social Media amp; Ad Tech industry.
- Experience covering FMCG and Retail industry is a strong plus.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, and have worked successfully in an environment of ambiguity, change and fast growth.
- You are able to analyse complex problems, translate strategic objectives into actionable goals and plans, and implement them.
- You're willing and able to get your hands dirty alongside your team.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task.
