The Role

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic sales go-getter Sales Team Leader to lead the pioneer batch of "hunters" for our business in Malaysia and regionally. You will drive the growth of our business in Malaysia and the region. The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building strong relationships and is deeply empathetic to the needs of our customers. You will be joining a fast-growing team and have the opportunity to shape our business in Malaysia!


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
  • Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
  • Train members to handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
  • Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Attend any marketing events when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Past experience in manage a sales team or in relevant field.
  • High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
