Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, manage and oversee the O2C team
- Involved in daily task such as cash application / billing / reconciliation (outlets / sales) / reports etc
- Involved in reconciliation of customer balances
- Attending to customer disputes or issues
- Reviewing regional AR Ageing
- Looking into process improvements or areas of improvements to align processes across APAC
- Ensure deliverables are within the agreed SLA
- Attending to any ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting amp; Finance or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution
- Fast learner and committed to get the job done
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel amp; SAP
