Job Description

Spenmo is building a magical payables experience for businesses in the Asia-Pacific region.
We offer an all-in-one software that consolidates corporate cards, bill payments, approvals and accounting reconciliation into one sleek interface. Thousands of customers that use Spenmo across the region save over 50 hours and $10,000 every month.

Duties Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a sales team, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Collaborating with sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with a flair for getting people excited.
  • Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment).
  • Good attitude (punctual, can present themselves well, have good knowledge in the products that they are selling).
  • Preferably internship experience in; financial services, payments and or B2B focused companies.
Internship Requirements:
  • Full-time or Part-time of 3 days per week commitment
  • Potential Start Date: September/ October 2022
  • Commitment Period: 3 Months
  • Stipend: RM1500/ month
  • Hybrid work
